Our fish trimming lines have been designed with work safety and easy cleaning in mind. After the fish has been filleted, each fillet has to be inspected and cleaned before continuing with the process. The trimming lines allow up to six workers to process a total of 400 fillets per hour (60 fillets per worker). Size, capabilities, and amount of workstations can be customized to suit each client’s needs.
Our team will install the machine in your factory and demonstrate the use and maintenance of the machine to its most optimal performance.
This machine was designed with the great importance of hygiene. The machine allows for easy cleaning of the most crucial areas.
All structural components are made from the highest grade welded stainless steel sheet metal and electro-polished to a high gloss finish.
